Eating Right For Healthy Skin

A healthy diet is something a lot of people don’t think about. It's a huge factor in having crystal clear skin. Not everyone talks about how certain foods can get rid of any problems such as acne, dark circles, or wrinkles, and dry skin. But, all you heard is people talking about how you need the right skincare products. Of course, you do need to find the right skincare products for your skin. That’s not all you need.

Have you ever heard that you are what you eat.. What do you think if you eat junk food? Then you're going to have the perfect skin. Well it’s possible but it can take you on a long path, then if you consume fruit, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and omega- 3 fatty acids. These types of food can help you get beautiful, glowy skin.

You might not think these foods will do anything. According to  Lawrence E, professional health expert antioxidant-rich foods seem to have a protective effect on the skin.

  1. Walnuts

Not only do walnuts taste good if you put it in certain meals. It's an excellent ingredient for fighting aging by getting rid of wrinkles by being full of antioxidants and B-vitamins. So why not go ahead and crack open a walnut.

     2.   Tomatoes

Well, this is a type of vegetable most people would eat alone without adding into a meal. Tomatoes have a good amount of vitamin c. Which means it has the benefits of aiding our body to naturally support skin health. In a study, the diet associated with better skin appearance had a notable decrease in skin wrinkling.

      3.  Berries

Berries are full of antioxidants that help control and or prevent acne. Think super foods and add berries to the list; can protect your skin from the damaging effect of the sun. Healthy food that you should think about consuming more often.

       4.  Salmon

Salmon is high omega- 3 fats. These fats have the benefit of calming inflammation. Not just that salmon have a well-known source called vitamin D. That protects you from sun exposure such as the damaging effect of UV rays

All I have to say is that your diet has a significant impact on your appearance. So don’t consume unhealthy foods just because it tastes good.
